About the Role


As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning, developing, and executing NMJ’s organic social media strategy. You will curate and create engaging, innovative content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube to amplify brand awareness, grow our community, and drive organic sales.
Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll play a key role in influencer and PR campaigns, social engagement, and identifying opportunities to elevate NMJ’s presence both locally and internationally. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital marketing, social trends, and brand advocacy.

 

Key Responsibilities


•    Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with NMJ’s marketing objectives.
•    Utilise strong creative skills to create, shoot, edit and publish engaging content across all social platforms (paid and organic) to increase brand reach and engagement.
•    Manage daily social media activity, including posting, crafting engaging captions and responding to comments and messages – with an ‘always on’ approach.
•    Work alongside the marketing team to execute influencer and PR campaigns that align with NMJ’s brand values.
•    Analyse performance data and provide insights to refine content strategies and drive growth.
•    Stay ahead of digital trends, identifying new opportunities for content and engagement.
•    Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries via social media.

 

What You’ll Bring


•    1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
•    A strong creative eye with the ability to produce compelling content and copy.
•    Proficiency in Adobe Suite, scheduling tools, and video editing.
•    A passion for community engagement and storytelling.
•    A deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practices.
•    Excellent communication and organisation skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
