WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

We are seeking a talented Production Jeweller to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting pieces across our online and bespoke collections, utilising excellent time management and problem-solving skills to achieve the best outcome possible. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience, strong bench skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a wonderful team of Jewellers. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handcraft pieces from our online and bespoke range, as well as CAD cleaning and assembly as necessary across a range of metals. 
  • Prioritising high quality workmanship, balanced with time efficient output. 
  • Repairs, resizes and alterations.
  • Accurately interpreting and executing jewellery designs and customisations. 
  • Work within production timelines to meet order deadlines while ensuring a high level of craftmanship.
  • Maintain and care for tools, your bench and the studio space and equipment.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL POSSESS

  • Previous jewellery manufacturing & repair experience essential.
  • Technical proficiency with strong jewellery handmaking and repair skills. Comfortable using bench tools, micromotors, rolling mills, polishing wheels etc.  
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with clear, friendly and collaborative communication.
  • High level of problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring deadlines are met. 
  • Enthusiasm and reliability.
