WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Production Jeweller to provide support during our peak production period. The ideal candidate will have competent bench and polishing skills, with the ability to perform componentry prep and casting clean ups and basic hand fabrication. This is a great opportunity for a passionate individual to grow their skills and knowledge within a supportive team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the jewellery team in the creation of handmade pieces and casting clean ups as necessary across a range of metals.
- Undertake polishing of pieces before and after setting, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Perform any additional tasks as required to achieve a polished, professional product.
- Prioritise quality workmanship while maintaining efficient production times.
- Work diligently to meet order deadline without compromising the integrity of the pieces.
- Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and the overall studio environment.

Ensure a clean and organised workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Ability to use essential bench tools, including micromotors, rolling mills, polishing wheels, and others.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills. characterised by clarity, friendliness, and a collaborative approach.

LOCATION AND HOURS OF WORK
Based in our Avalon Studio, 4-5 days per week, hours 0830-1630, during peak production period. Start date ASAP.
