Have you ever thought about creating your dream ring? Perhaps it’s an engagement ring, your wedding band or even just a gift to yourself? At Natalie Marie, all of our pieces are made to order, but our bespoke service takes it to the next level. Not only are you involved from the initial design stage, but you get final approval across stone sourcing and the end design too.

We currently work with customers all over the world via email, however we’re very excited to be hitting the road for the first time ever and this September, we'll be offering one on one appointments with Natalie and the bespoke team in San Francisco and New York.

For our bespoke team, working on special, one of a kind commission pieces is one of the best parts of our work. If you’re looking to create your dream ring, we would love to meet you.

So, how will the Bespoke Process in the US work?

Pre consultation

We ask that you begin by browsing our bespoke portfolio and instagram page to start collecting some references of concepts or designs that you like. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send over some questions to help you prepare for your appointment. This process provides us with important information about your style choices and preferences and builds a strong picture of your dream ring.

Consultation

Our bespoke team will use the initial concepts and thoughts we have established in our early communications to prepare for your appointment so that we can make the most of the time we have to talk in person. Our team will have our new bespoke template box on hand for appointments - this will include examples of our most popular bespoke designs in a mix and match format, so we can explore the options and come up with the perfect design for you. We will also have examples of our most popular wedding rings for both men and women.

Choose your Stone

One of the most important elements of an engagement ring is the feature stone. Whether it’s a diamond, sapphire, opal or semi precious stone – we can guide you through the process of finding the right fit for you. After your consultation, our team will source appropriate stones for your project, this will often entail providing you with several different stone options to choose from based on your preferences and budget. Given this sourcing will take place after your consultation, stones will be presented via videos and imagery to give you the best opportunity to visualise the final design with your selected stone.

Review your final design and quote

Once we have settled on a design and stone, we will send you a final quote outlining all of the details for your confirmation.

Confirm your order

On approval of your quote, a 50-75% deposit is required to secure your bespoke order. We will also send you our terms of commission to sign. At this stage, we will be able to advise on an estimated completion date for your special piece. Your order will then begin production with the balance due on completion.

Sit back, relax and wait while we handcraft your ring. Production times vary from 6 to 16 weeks depending on the project. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
