NAIDOC Week and Beyond
NAIDOC Week is all about bringing Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities together to celebrate the rich culture, achievements and to recognise the history of our First Nations peoples. It provides a setting to have conversations, try new things and participate in celebrations of the oldest, continuous living cultures on earth. You can support and get to know your local Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities through activities and events held across the country.
This year's theme calls for us to Get up! Stand up! Show up! Explore our reccomendations below to get involved.
Acknowledgement of Country
We respectfully acknowledge all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Custodians of this vast continent on which we at Natalie Marie Jewellery work, learn and create.
We pay our deepest respects to all Elders - past, present and emerging - who carry the life of this land in their spirit, and protect the traditions, rich cultures and the hopes of their people.
